Observing II...
Second time today I got a meditation on being the observer (guess I needed the reminder)! This time we explored observing our inhales & exhales from different parts of the body, mind & soul. I have a mind but am more than my thoughts I have a body but am more than the parts I am a Soul and my breathe connects all 3! Inhale...2,3....exhale...2,3... aummmm... ❤️😑🍀

Seeing the bigger picture
I learned that we get caught up in the happenings of life that we forget to nourish our body, cleanse the mind, and recharge the spirit. This session was relaxing and a great reminder to see life with clear lenses.
