The value of the Aura gift certificate cannot be added to an Aura subscription that is currently billed through Aura or a third party subscription provider that is authorized to distribute Aura subscription access. If you have an active Aura subscription, you will need to allow that subscription to expire and then redeem your Aura gift certificate. If you are eligible to redeem, you can do so by visiting www.app.aurahealth.io/redeem. You will be prompted to create an account before redeeming your gift certificate if you do not have an Aura account. If you have an Aura account, you will need to sign into your account to redeem.
After successfully redeeming your gift certificate, the entire value of the card will be credited to your account and the code on the gift certificate will no longer be valid to redeem again. When the length of the subscription term ends, the premium subscription access to Aura will terminate unless a valid payment method has been provided. Only one gift certificate may be added to your account at a time. Once you have redeemed an Aura gift certificate, you must wait until your premium subscription has ended to redeem and apply another Aura gift certificate to your account.
Aura gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Sales tax may be applied. Aura gift certificates cannot be reloaded or resold, and can only be redeemed once. Aura is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift certificates. Use of Aura gift certificates in connection with any advertising, marketing or promotion or in any manner to suggest or imply that any person, product or service is associated with or sponsored by Aura is expressly prohibited, without Aura’s prior written consent.
Subject to compliance with applicable law, Aura may modify any of the terms governing your use of the Aura gift certificates at any time. Your use of the Aura gift certificates constitutes acceptance to these terms.
