Observing II...
Second time today I got a meditation on being the observer (guess I needed the reminder)! This time we explored observing our inhales & exhales from different parts of the body, mind & soul. I have a mind but am more than my thoughts I have a body but am more than the parts I am a Soul and my breathe connects all 3! Inhale...2,3....exhale...2,3... aummmm... โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ€

Seeing the bigger picture
I learned that we get caught up in the happenings of life that we forget to nourish our body, cleanse the mind, and recharge the spirit. This session was relaxing and a great reminder to see life with clear lenses.

I learned that we can get sucked into the drama and stress that comes from life. This meditation did a wonderful job in allowing us to see our body and thoughts as a 3rd party. To slow down the stories we tell ourselves and to redirect it. Beautiful session.

Higher Self
Observing my breath throughout this entire meditation was eye opening for me. It really does connect me to my highest self. To spirit. I'm filled with joy and gratitude for taking this time for my inner self. Feeling compassion for myself and others. Understanding that there are really no mistakes. They are all learning experiences. How unique we all are. Feeling deep appreciation for everyone. Knowing that we are all at different places on our journey. Realizing the beauty of the breath. The breath allows me to be grounded, to reach calm and peace, to quiet my mind, to observe thoughts but return to breath. It's a gift. I'm feeling a deeper sense of being. Advanced meditations have opened me up more than I ever could've imagined. It's also so important for me to have this time every day. Especially in the morning before I begin my day. I'm learning and growing. And it feels soooo good in my mind, body, and soul. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฉท
