Higher Self
Observing my breath throughout this entire meditation was eye opening for me. It really does connect me to my highest self. To spirit. I'm filled with joy and gratitude for taking this time for my inner self. Feeling compassion for myself and others. Understanding that there are really no mistakes. They are all learning experiences. How unique we all are. Feeling deep appreciation for everyone. Knowing that we are all at different places on our journey. Realizing the beauty of the breath. The breath allows me to be grounded, to reach calm and peace, to quiet my mind, to observe thoughts but return to breath. It's a gift. I'm feeling a deeper sense of being. Advanced meditations have opened me up more than I ever could've imagined. It's also so important for me to have this time every day. Especially in the morning before I begin my day. I'm learning and growing. And it feels soooo good in my mind, body, and soul. 👐🩷
