What do I need?
I have all I need right now. I've lived in the present moment for years. I work with what's there. What is. I leave the details up to the universe. I'm in the now. I have such a calm life in doing so. I'm getting better at not letting my thoughts or mind control me. I remember learning to just say stop it or shut up in my head to my mind and the racing thoughts. I tried it the other night in bed. It worked along with some breathing.
