Observing our life like a bird flying overhead, we have the wonderful opportunity to choose rather than react to everything. In this way, we embody our power by focusing only on what we want. In this inspirational meditation, we visualize what our perfect day looks like. In doing so, we realize the short term goals we must embrace that will lead us to live our perfect day.
I am surrounded by nature. I wake up peacefully next to my animals. Choosing gratitude to begin my day while I mindfully wake up my body, my mind and heart are aligned with what I value. After getting dressed, I take a walk in nature to feel the immense connection with all there is. I take time to meditate. I take time to move my body to the rhythms in nature. Content, I bring peace, happiness, joy and love with me wherever I go. Because of this, my relationships with myself and others are thriving.
Living this perfect day now, I see the things I must maintain doing as well as a few things I must refrain from doing. I ask my inner knowing to help me in maintaining momentum as well as strength to overcome challenges I may encounter.
