Empaths and burnout response
Perfect assessment of how empaths “get that way” with one quibble about comparing other mammals… they can’t survive without their mothers as quickly as described but it’s a lot less codependent than for a child burdened with a poorly emotionally regulated human caregiver. Good steps to take for reclaiming your own energy, too. Worth a listen.
