This is not a guided meditation, but it is more an anecdotal description of one of my own meditation sessions. Some might consider it to be very unsuccessful and that the goal of this type of meditation is to be free of mind chatter and to quiet the mind. They would have missed the point. Have a laugh with me in commiseration at how chatty my mind was and how PERFECT the session really was.
