Meditation
It was nice to not focus on breathing, like a lot of other meditations I've done. I really needed a moment to focus on my thoughts and to reroute them to the present and I appreciated that

In the moment
I have learned not to worry about what could be but to focus on what's right now and in this moment, I am safe.

Safe
In this moment I am safe. Such a great reminder. Anxiety of silly things makes the mind wander and stress when in reality I am so blessed, safe, and absolutely fine!

Med 3
Today I learned that in moments of great anxiety I may need longer that 3 minutes to gather myself. Maybe tomorrow or tonight before bed I will use a 7 minute meditation. Also, learning that I get a sensation throughout my body when meditating and full become aware of myself. I dig it. This was my second time meditating on lunch in my car. Tomorrow I may step out and try using headphones in the the fresh air โค๏ธ

In the present, you are safe
I learned that my anxiety is very tied to worry about the future, and shame/fear from the past. I do like focusing on the now. I really enjoyed bringing awareness to my body and consciously releasing tension in different parts of it. I also love the safety aspect. Itโ€™s something I need. When youโ€™re focused on the present, you are safe. Iโ€™m going to try and take these concepts with me throughout the day. Loved this and may want to try the 7 minute one.
