Meditation
It was nice to not focus on breathing, like a lot of other meditations I've done. I really needed a moment to focus on my thoughts and to reroute them to the present and I appreciated that

In this moment I am safe. Such a great reminder. Anxiety of silly things makes the mind wander and stress when in reality I am so blessed, safe, and absolutely fine!

Med 3
Today I learned that in moments of great anxiety I may need longer that 3 minutes to gather myself. Maybe tomorrow or tonight before bed I will use a 7 minute meditation. Also, learning that I get a sensation throughout my body when meditating and full become aware of myself. I dig it. This was my second time meditating on lunch in my car. Tomorrow I may step out and try using headphones in the the fresh air ā¤ļø

In the present, you are safe
I learned that my anxiety is very tied to worry about the future, and shame/fear from the past. I do like focusing on the now. I really enjoyed bringing awareness to my body and consciously releasing tension in different parts of it. I also love the safety aspect. It’s something I need. When you’re focused on the present, you are safe. I’m going to try and take these concepts with me throughout the day. Loved this and may want to try the 7 minute one.

I am safe
This meditation was perfect for my anxiety. It helped me focus on sensations, surfaces & sounds that bring me back to reality, that helped me focus on what is real around me versus what is in my mind.

Letting Go
Many of us, just as I have, do these meditations to make us feel calmer when we have anxiety or stress. This is totally a good thing and, I have to say, I felt the one of the greatest impacts on myself from this meditation than the other ones I have previously taken. Even though I might have things to worry about later on, during this meditation, I felt safe, truly. It was a great feeling and it felt amazing to just let go! In other words, I loved this meditation and would highly recommend it to those who have stress or anxiety problems, such as myself! šŸšŸ˜‡šŸ

To be safe
With all the stress and anxiety that I have built up inside, I never once had the thought to thing that I am safe. Negativity creeps up on you, but I need to realize that I am safe and okay.

Stressed About Hearing
Again, very poor sleep last night. I awoke to a body that was so pained that my nails are woven to nubs. There must be a solution which will temper the ragged edges of my failing body. I hurt every where and I am swollen. I can’t bend my fingers nor my ankles. I hurt!

Surface, sound, sensation
I learned that it’s important to let it all go! Especially at the end of the day. My day wasn’t one of my best days.. I struggled a lot and seemed like every was trying to tear me apart and I’m going through a lot right now with life, just dealing with a lot, I have two little ones and I’m very stressed and not feeling myself lately.. today was just a rough day for me.. I really needed this message and to be reminded to let it all go and just relax! It felt nice to do this and actually feel it, it was definitely a relief to feel this way after how I was feeling all day. Such a great reminded!

I love this one!
The first thing I noticed was that the stress left my body almost immediately and I was very relaxed. Taking care of a fussy infant today and was starting to feel a little stressed by all the crying, so I thought I'll do a quick meditation while she's snoozing and it worked like a charm. This one's a keeper.

Reassure was great but then it ended
I really liked the reassurance I was safe but then the meditation just ended. It felt very incomplete. Unfortunately not as relaxing as I hoped, which was a shame because I was enjoying it up until it felt cut off.

Letting Go
I realized that a big part of dealing with my anxiety is letting go of all the events of the day and any events that may be occurring over the following week. Once I’m able to focus solely on the present I’m able to relax to an extent I never knew possible.

just chill
That month was so hard for me. I worked every day about 14 hours to get more money to move on in my life and I am really tired. I don't feel my legs and arms because I must lift so many things in my job. That meditation helped me to be relaxed and to calm down with every hard situation in my life. This is my first post but i recommend it to every person who has a hard times in work. Greetings from Poland :)

Safe
The title is very generic, but won’t ever stop being relevant. It is important for every single one of us to feel safe... so, what do we do in uncertain times? How do we cope or even assimilate what’s going on? What are the measures we take to feel safe in spaces that are inside & even outside our comfort zone? Always take a deep breath, look around you, hear your surroundings, feel the surface beneath you, & understand that you are here. It doesn’t matter how the situation turns out, it only matters how you deal with it & even how you can grow from it. PS. If you are in (physical) danger (war zone, victim of dv, etc.), take cover & call for help. Seek for professional help, as there other areas that will need attention as well. There’s no shame on the type of help we look for; we understand we need to get better for our own selves.

Feeling safe
I really enjoyed this session because feeling safe is something I struggle with and so I liked the affirmation aspect of this mindfulness practice. I felt the tension, particularly in my arms and back melt away during this session and I feel like I am ready to continue my day with a lot less tension in me.
K
Kendall
Body
It is nice to feel supported and surrender to feeling supported by what is beneath me. It is hard to accept sometimes that we do not have anything to do so it is nice when someone else tells us. I love body check ins because it always amazes me how much tension I don’t realize I am carrying and the little adjustments I can do to alleviate some of it.
