The title is very generic, but won’t ever stop being relevant. It is important for every single one of us to feel safe... so, what do we do in uncertain times? How do we cope or even assimilate what’s going on? What are the measures we take to feel safe in spaces that are inside & even outside our comfort zone? Always take a deep breath, look around you, hear your surroundings, feel the surface beneath you, & understand that you are here. It doesn’t matter how the situation turns out, it only matters how you deal with it & even how you can grow from it.
PS. If you are in (physical) danger (war zone, victim of dv, etc.), take cover & call for help. Seek for professional help, as there other areas that will need attention as well. There’s no shame on the type of help we look for; we understand we need to get better for our own selves.
