Breathing
I noticed that while doing this meditation practice, it was much easier for me to breathe out then it was to breathe in. I also noticed a tightness in my throat when inhaling. I found it a challenge to focus on breathing in and out through my nose alone, without engaging my mouth on the exhale. It took me a while to relax my body and mind. I actually did not feel fully relaxed until I continued breathing after this meditation track had Concluded. However, once I did manage to relax, I found myself yawning on every exhale of this practice. I continue to be amazed by how The simpleact of breathing can calm my mind and body so efficiently.
I will definitely Applied this meditation to my life. My disability, for instance, makes it hard to keep myBreath even and my body still. this is particularly the case when I am overexcited. Knowing how to be curious about whether or not I am breathing evenly, and to be aware of my breathing will help me to speak more clearly even when I am in an excited state. Additionally if I know where I feel tightness during breathing, which this meditation helped me to become aware of, I can learn to relax my body and to alleviate ethical tension. I believe the given time to improve my skills of calming my breathing through this practice I will soon be able to call my buddy in mind .
