Smiling inside is an invitation to observe what happens when we make a small gesture with the mouth and discover if anything responds within the body heart & mind. Can you experience the connection within your mindfulness practice? This short practice also invites kindness through touch and warmth to the body, to support wellness and generosity. A generative practice where words can invite ease with the breath and a quiet internal dialogue. Enjoy your practice and I hope it supports you each day.

Diffusing thoughts
In my past my body has been used to betray my soul. To be able to love myself & others I am working with my body & mind to heal my soul. When I am one with my body, mind, and soul, I am able to stop the automatic physical reactions to triggers from my past. So I can stay present in loving relationships & moments.

Smiling Inside
This meditation made me realize that my face naturally rests in a half-smile and that's exactly how I like it. When I'm feeling upset or anxious my face reflects that and it feels unnatural so that can add to the upset. By taking a few minutes to return to a half-smile inside and out I can regain my equilibrium and it really does feel so good. Thank you!

Smiling
I learned that smiling is the physical switch that turns on my inner light. It is the action that opens my mind and then my body to the joys that are present in my day. What a lovely reminder that I can let my light shine at any given moment!!!

Kindness
I learned that it is therapeutic to be kind to ourselves and other people and simply wishing for wellness for myself and others with each inhale and exhale of a deep breath is a simple way to practice this. It helps make mindfulness even more spiritual.
