This was exactly what I needed
This was exactly what I needed this morning. I felt myself getting lighter as I gave myself the same compassion I give others.
Amazing meditation
Acknowledging that a difficulty stands on the way, and that it is normal, it happens litteraly to everybody, this per se is already so calming. Then, using patience and kind words towards oneself is the greatest gift. The one thanks to which we can move on step after step. And eventually regain happiness and equilibrium.

Be Kind To Yourself
I realize that we are all human and have daily stressors and things that throw us off track. It is important to be kind to myself and to silence my inner critic. The little Rodney would appreciate the love and kindness. So don’t be harsh with yourself. Speak good things over yourself, speak kinds things and stay in the present moment.
