You can do this releasing practice at work to change your mood or remove any negative thoughts or emotions that may be building up in your body. You can also learn the process and physically do it outside of your front door when you get home from work so that you don't carry your day into your home. This meditation really does work. Do it daily and make it part of your routine, so that you can be a happier person in the evenings.
