Helpful in pinpointing stresses
The prompts helped me realize where I am physically carrying stress in my body. When asked to relax my shoulders, I realized how much weight i had been putting on them, same with the jaw, eyes, and forehead. It was a great reminder to slowly let go!

I was actually quite surprised at how well this short, simple exercise worked for me. I could feel my body relaxing as I did this, to the point that I actually was so relaxed I was yawning by the end of this and almost sleepy from releasing that tension.

I was surprised

so this one worked for me, usually I am distracted by too much talking by a coach. This was perfect, shoulders relaxed, and eventually jaw,eyes and forehead did too! As I said, typically meditation does not work for me, so I am excited!

Meditation Too Long.
I was enjoying this meditation and became very relaxed until I began to realize it was too long for the time I had anticipated. Not sure why this bothered me and why I became impatient for it to finish.

It was very interesting to be guided through relaxing these areas, and feeling that tension loosen as I went through. I really enjoyed this mediation and felt very relaxed and ready to start to the day with a clear head.
