Relax
I notice that I hold a lot of tension in my face, clenching my jaw most of the time. This session helped me relax my whole body and be aware of where I feel tense.

Bonfire night.
I learned that I can still meditate and relax even under loud and chaotic conditions. 🎆 Always knew a lot of my tension is held in my jaw so it was good to focus on that. Didn't even realise it had finished. The sounds are beautiful.

Helpful in pinpointing stresses
The prompts helped me realize where I am physically carrying stress in my body. When asked to relax my shoulders, I realized how much weight i had been putting on them, same with the jaw, eyes, and forehead. It was a great reminder to slowly let go!
