That was a little trippy
Not gonna lie, I’m not sure where I went. I put it on because I needed a reboot and kept almost falling asleep during work. I took 10 minutes to myself to do this and omg I woke up feeling like I was having a conversation with someone, but who knows what about or with who. Pretty cool though. I do feel more energized and alert.
Let it go, let it flow...
This session was an intro to yoga neidra for me. I have done this same one twice now. I have gone in feeling overwhelmed and tired, yet, awaken at the end full of bliss.
