Taking a few beautiful deep breaths in and slowly exhaling, I feel my body begin to let go of the busyness of the day. A peaceful light is shining over me.This light is filling my mind and body up with calm and relaxation. To continue to enhance this feeling of calmness, I say silently “ I am completely relaxed”. Reciting this a couple of times, my mind and body move into a deeper state of relaxation. I feel relaxed and refreshed. Excellent session for when you feel you need a quick break.
