I sometimes don’t ALLOW myself to rest and let go. Once I give myself permission, I feel relieved and like I can fall asleep easier.
I learned that in time I will get better at this. ￼ meditation is hard for a person with ADHD. Breathing techniques are getting better and then bringing myself back to where I need to be. Will get better in time. ￼
I am not sure that using phone right before bed helps. My problem is staying asleep
I learned that thinking good thoughts and recapping the day is important.
It helped to go over the day. Usually I avoid it. But being talked to calmed me.
