Where do you carry tendon in your body?
I woke up with a stiff neck this morning and really benefited from this 7 minute neck care sequence. A short practice to release tension in the neck and upper torso. I invite you to look after your body in this way so you can find more balance and ease in the physical body which can reduce stress and holding. Neck Care Sequence
What a wonderful way to start the day. I will return to this practice throughout the day while at my desk. It would have been amazing to watch this meditation. I am not sure I got it exactly right but it felt good.
I like meditations that involve being physically active. I noticed while doing this exercise that it was my back that was full of tension. My neck had a little and it feels much better now. I’ve come to the conclusion that I need to get a back massage. It’s been a long busy week and I deserve it! Thanks Aura 🌞
Neck Care Sequence
I learned that even though I thought that my shoulders weren’t tight, I was wrong. I am glad that I made time for this meditation. I enjoyed moving in a meditative way.
Neck Stretches
I’ve been dealing with a pinched nerve on my left side of my neck which I think is a combination of sleeping wrong one night as well as one of the dogs pulling me wanting to chase after deer. These easy to follow neck stretches helped to loosen up that side along with my upper back. Great session to begin the day with. I will definitely revisit this one.

This was just what I needed this morning. I have chronic upper back pain and today is a bad day. This helped get the blood flowing. Hope your neck problems get better and are temporary.
The typical adult head weighs between 10-11 pounds. Because our neck supports our head, it is no wonder why this area can show signs of stress. In this meditation, Lisa has us perform some neck care exercises designed to ease tension. Because I’ve been having some uncomfortable sensations in my neck and shoulder areas, I decided to give this meditation a listen. Performing these neck exercises sitting down, I could feel the uncomfortable sensations begin to go away. By the end of this meditation, the muscles in my shoulders were less tense and I felt like I had greater mobility in my neck. Whether we wake up with a pinched nerve, have chronic discomfort or just feel tension in our shoulders, these neck exercises are sure to help. By loosening, we can actually feel lighter and our overall well-being will be improved! Try it! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
Great sequence
I realized that I hold so much tension in my neck and it tends to stay there. Even though the difficulties I have been having over the last few days have lessened and I’m feeling happy today, my neck was still holding on to all that had happened. This sequence really helped, thank you!!

Aura does it again! I was experiencing a stiff neck for a couple days and then an unusually stress-full day today made it difficult to turn my head to the right. Along comes Aura offering me a perfectly timed Neck Care Sequence!! In just a few minutes she had most of the kinks gone & I am able to turn my head 90% of the way. Thank you Aura for helping me return to perfect health!! ❤️🙏🏼🍀
Neck care
I found this recording helpful in preventing migraines and their severity. I find that completing neck care exercises and implementing mindful or proper posture essential in preventing migraine symptoms and pain.
So relaxing
This really helped to counterbalance tech neck! I feel loose and relaxed.
