Where do you carry tendon in your body?
I woke up with a stiff neck this morning and really benefited from this 7 minute neck care sequence. A short practice to release tension in the neck and upper torso. I invite you to look after your body in this way so you can find more balance and ease in the physical body which can reduce stress and holding.
