Opposite
In my whole life, I always aimed for perfection wherein I worked my butt off almost every single day and disregard the power of sleep, but as soon as this becomes more frequent, things got worse. My health dropped to 0. I sleep anywhere. I forget a lot of things. I lose focus quickly. And many more. The more I work hard, the more my health drops. This session helped me realize that in order for me to succeed, I must rest, and not do the opposite in which I exhaust myself just to try to be perfect.

Napping
Great experiment to try when faced with a problem or dilemma. Love to nap so this is right up my alley!

Nap
I never noticed how much a nap can help. I needed an answer to a problem so I tried the nap out. It worked!!

Day 2 of Journaling
I think this will help me look at things in a new way and maybe try to nap today and more often.

Napping as problem solving huh?!
So interesting to me! I’ve always napped and loved the idea of it but never realized how helpful it can be in helping creativity and problem solving all this time in my life! Almost sounds genius! I should go back and try to nap more often than I do!

Einstein...he kinda knew his stuff.
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” - Albert Einstein I like this quote, it encourages new ways of thinking; opens new avenues for problem solving, and invites creativity.

I like this way of thinking, and I’m hoping that I’ll apply it in the future when I end up in a situation where I need a creative solution to a difficult problem. Relaxation is key!

This was the ticket for today! I actually giggled at the comment on sleeping.
I think the world would be better off to actually adopt such a sentiment.
