Opposite
In my whole life, I always aimed for perfection wherein I worked my butt off almost every single day and disregard the power of sleep, but as soon as this becomes more frequent, things got worse. My health dropped to 0. I sleep anywhere. I forget a lot of things. I lose focus quickly. And many more. The more I work hard, the more my health drops. This session helped me realize that in order for me to succeed, I must rest, and not do the opposite in which I exhaust myself just to try to be perfect.

Napping
Great experiment to try when faced with a problem or dilemma. Love to nap so this is right up my alley!

Nap
I never noticed how much a nap can help. I needed an answer to a problem so I tried the nap out. It worked!!

I think this will help me look at things in a new way and maybe try to nap today and more often.

Problem solving
If you are really stressed about something come at the problem with a different way of solving it.

Napping as problem solving huh?!
So interesting to me! I’ve always napped and loved the idea of it but never realized how helpful it can be in helping creativity and problem solving all this time in my life! Almost sounds genius! I should go back and try to nap more often than I do!

Einstein...he kinda knew his stuff.
“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.” - Albert Einstein I like this quote, it encourages new ways of thinking; opens new avenues for problem solving, and invites creativity.

I like this way of thinking, and I’m hoping that I’ll apply it in the future when I end up in a situation where I need a creative solution to a difficult problem. Relaxation is key!

This was the ticket for today! I actually giggled at the comment on sleeping.
I think the world would be better off to actually adopt such a sentiment.

Napping for Success Timeline!
Thank Einstein, for your brilliant mindset for a basic thought success pattern, resting and sleeping!?! Always keep a pencil and notepad close by the bed. Fresh reminders...

Peaceful
I found myself wondering how and when I could nap at work. When I am overworked, spread too thin, I find myself dropping into deep relaxation more frequently. Perhaps my mind already knows the benefits of those times when I am completely ‘not on’.

Hmmm
I don’t think my company would support napping on the job, but it is definitely needed sometimes!

day 3 of singleness
honestly this isn't exactly what I was looking for but it kinda helped, I should probably not necessarily nap but sleep more just because I haven't really been sleeping much

Napping
I wish napping were socially acceptable at my office, but we are not there or even close. Most people would perceive it as being lazy.

Napping...
I have proposed the positive qualities of the 20 minute Power Nap for decades! Not 15, nor 23 but 20 min is the perfect time to get into the right brain waves to rest, heal & get answers. I believe a 20 min Power Nap equals 3-4 hours sleep. I am currently testing if a 3 - 7 min meditation does the same thing. While I need a few more years of testing to give a definitive answer, the initial indications are positive to hopeful. My hypothesis is: 8 hrs sleep = 4 hrs sleep + 2x20 min Power Naps = 4 hrs sleep +1x20 min PN + 7min Meditation Busy people will love me if proven true!! Try it for yourself & see! ❤️😴🍀

Divine Inspiration
When I am stuck with a computer problem, usually technical, I will often walk away literally and take a walk or do something else for a while and the answer pops into my head later. I put it on the back burner and give it a rest.I call the divine inspiration or tapping into my super consciousness. It works every time. I had no Einstein would do a similar thing. Good to know.

My best thinking
I am not a morning person. I am not a night owl. I do my best thinking in the afternoon and early evening. After thinking hard I need a break. I would love to have the ability to nap on the job. It clears my mind. Energizes my body. My worries drift away.

The road less traveled
I learned that working hard for a solution will never work, unless you take a quick break here and there. It will benefit you both physically and mentally and make you feel as though you accomplished something.

Not sure this would work for me
I don't nap or fall asleep easily. My work day does not allow for mapping. I'm hoping that these meditations and mindfulness sessions will help!!

Mindset
I have learnt not necessarily that napping solves problems but that when you take a step back from a problem it’s easier to look at it from a different perspective or mindset and come up with a solution .

I learned I need to take small step to work at something instead of trying to do it all at once. like working in a car it can be done all in one night

Relax
I found this helps to drinking red diamond sweet tea with four sugars CubesAnd eating a doughnut then just go in and forget about it for a little while lead down and just relax take a quick nap then go back to the item you are doing and it should pop into your head what you need to do to solve the problem all by relaxing and taking a quick nap and it should come to you when you go back to the item you are doing or thing you are doing. Oh boy relaxing and getting something sweet to eat and drink.

Sleeping your way
Most times, we run away from our problems, because we fail to see how we can solve them. In this meditation, we are provided with an easy solution: nap. As we wake up from our naps, productivity & creativity are at its peak, & it’s important to not waste a single second of it as it might take us to the top. Set a timer or hold something that can be audible once it falls from your hand so you can make a good use of these skills at its fullest. Sleep your way to success. Happy napping!

Resting
In today’s lesson I learned that I can achieve and solve a problem by simply taking a moment by taking a nap. I always seem to solve problems and situations in a wrong way by getting frustrated, angry, and stressed. I now know a better way and healthier way to solve my problems or situations

Sleeping your way to the TOP!
Wow this was honestly enjoyable to listen to and a little humor at the end!! I hardly sleep but I’m going to take this into consideration and start napping more! I wanna be successful and I enjoy sleeping/napping when my body allows me too.

This informative exercise of napping is very beneficial to us that normally don’t nap during our day. I think that a meditative person or recording that can bring us a calming mindset could reset our ability to deal with problem solving. Aura is that and much much more ❤️
