Really short!
That ten minutes or so went by so fast! I want to repeat this tonight and see if I can go deeper.
Brevity Works!
This is Glenn’s short 10 minute version. I believe this may well be only the first or second time I have listened to a short version of his meditations. I always listen to the longest ones, as he can take me very deep in those. I only had a few minutes tonight so I opted for this short one. I loved it❤️. This man is s genius at hypnotic meditations and inductions. His voice is perfect, as is his timing and modulation. I became extremely relaxed in that brief span of time. I would now suggest his short meditations for one with but a few moments of free time. It was wonderfully relaxing and stress reducing.

Before listening to this I was feeling a little a little anxious. Now I am feeling relaxed and centered.

I feel both Relaxed & rejuvenated after doing Glenn’s 10 version. I could feel my inner energy ‘pushing’ its way thru my body to help me relax. Kind of reminded me of air being blown into a long balloon, pushing its way in to fill up the balloon. Once I was filled with relaxation, I could feel the energy field around me buzzing in a good way like a full body hug! I felt safe & secure, relaxed & rejuvenated. Very good feeling to start a Monday morning with! Thanks Glenn & Company! ❤️🎈🍀
Mini Massage
Glenn’s soothing voice guides you to focus on your breathing. Feeling the sensations of the rise and fall of your chest. Then you begin to focus on each part of the body releasing any tension which feels like a mini massage. The tension from the day I was feeling earlier has melted into the couch. I woke up feeling refreshed and relaxed at the same time. I highly recommend if you have time to listen to the full version(30-40 minutes) take that time for yourself. It is heavenly.
Totally Relaxed
Glenn’s voice guided me to total relaxation. I felt refreshed and looking forward to the day ahead - whatever it brings!
Letting go
That I need to stay focused and strong through this difficult time I am going through.
Glenn’s voice helped me to totally relax. After having a lousy night sleep, this meditation allowed me to take a long, restful nap.

Day 1
I’m not able to focus very well on my breathe it going to take practice
Before sleep
I feel a little bit of tension on my back set the bed to zero gravity and see if I can sleep better tonight
I am tense, but i had moments of relaxation that were welcome and needed.
I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and head. If I focus more on my relaxing of muscles than breathing, it helps me ease this.
Mindfulness for relaxation
I enjoyed this recording, I was lain down and I could feel/visualize the energy around my body. It was a great experience. ❤️❤️

This was good I really relaxed and visualised the energy around my body . Unfortunately my alarm went off before the end so I will practice this again thank you 🙏

Soothing, Relaxing
I felt the most comfort with this relaxing session. This has been by far the easiest session for soothing my mind and body.
Totally relaxed
Because of Glenn’s relaxing voice and his detailed guidance I was able to fully relax and be in the moment. This is something I have never been able to accomplish.
I found this meditation very helpful in settling my anxiety. I was quite agitated beforehand
Relaxation entry point
Building in and understanding that I need relaxation time for reflection contemplation time away from people and the frenzy of travel that I am in the middle of right now as I leave a medical expedition and return to the United States from India. Just saying that gives space to what was and how it demanded so much of my attention and I gave that attention to the last 22 days and now I can take a really deep breath return to a sense of normal that included Aura and give to myself what I need in this moment which is actually lying down rest reflection and regaining more wonder curiosity humor and self forgiveness. Off I go. No need for high mountain adventure. The heights are within.

Very Relaxed
I put my hand to my chest, skin to skin, while doing this and it helped me feel more connected to my body and how I was feeling. I really focused on breathing normally and how my body was feeling. By then end of the session I was very relaxed and feel very peaceful.
Oh, this is SO....
Relaxed! But “Coffee is a drink prepared from roasted coffee beans. Darkly colored, bitter, and slightly acidic, coffee has a stimulating effect on humans, primarily due to its caffeine content. It is the most popular hot drink in the world.”, and I got that from But onto my relaxed hoopla.... I just took a shower (& I have gone since Christmas to now, but I didn’t get a complaint, but I digress)... and this was my little just Joy! Have a Groovy day!

Just ease my mind and let all my stress just flow easily out of my head I felt soo relaxed
How to relax the mind and let the body healed, Learning how to work on my breathing.. It seems to help out when I am getting ready for work
