Amazing, relaxed.
I did dose off towards the end but I woke up feel refreshed and more calm. I feel like I’m floating. Love this channel!!!
Went into this very tense. As I went through the practice, so much tension and so many muscles released. I knew I was anxious but I didn’t know how much of me was clenching until the muscles released over time. This was so helpful taking me back from the wrong place.
