I was able to unwind, relax and enjoy this quiet time before work. I like heading out to work with a positive mind mindset. The challenge is keeping the positive and not overthinking what is ahead. Namaste🙏

Brand New Day
I am lying on a blanket in a field full of wildflowers watching a beautiful sunrise before me. I see the dew on the flowers and grass all around me from the light of the sunrise. I inhale a huge breath of clean fresh morning air. I feel awakened, alive, and appreciative for all the beauty that surrounds me. I appreciate good health and all the abundance in my life. What a powerful feeling! I am feeling energized.

Simple Blessings
This morning I was feeling a little out of sorts which this beautiful meditation helped bring me back to the present moment to appreciate all the beauty that is surrounding me. I decided to listen to this one laying in my hammock in my backyard. It feels like a Fall day with a cool breeze in the air. I could feel the suns warmth peeking through the trees warming my skin as I lay here inhaling the fresh air. I am feeling full of gratitude for being able to enjoy this moment and for all the abundance in my life. Wishing all of you the best today!❤️

Wonderful wake up
This is a wonderful meditation for first thing in the morning. It’s a great way to wake up and start your day. It was calming relaxing and a good reminder to be appreciative of life and my time on the planet. It helped me to expand my awareness and consciousness be on my own personal difficulties.

Positive mindset
At the beginning of this I found myself thinking about the poem by Rudyard Kipling called Gunga din. It starts off something like this, “if you can keep your head when all around you are losing their’s...” I was definitely panicked this morning. After only a couple of hours of sleep I was woken up by an air quality alert on my phone. Since I knew I wasn’t going to be able to go back to sleep I made a cup of tea. But worry was overcoming me. After listening to this I was able to move back into a peaceful state of mind. Fear is a powerful demon. 💐🌻

Grateful for life
It is important to start every now and then take a breath and just be grateful that I am alive. I’ve been coming back to this each morning this week. It helps call and center me. 🌻

Filled with breath, energy & gratitude
With every breath I took my body relaxed more and I became a little more energized. Towards the end of the meditation the sun broke through my bedroom window for a few minutes here and there and brought a smile to my face. Stretching 🙆‍♀️ at the end felt extra good and I’m now ready to start my day. Namaste🌞🙏

Softening my body and mind with each new breath I took, I found myself laying on a blanket looking at the magnificent hues of orange and purple blanket the sky as the sun rose. Looking around, smelling the freshness in the air, I noticed dew on the grass sparkling in the morning light. As the sun began to rise more in the sky, I noticed petals of wildflowers open up in their full glory. I noticed birds begin to sing their morning song as they flew from tree to tree. As I laid in this meadow, I became grateful for nature. Seeing all this beauty surround me, I began thinking of things in my own life that I am grateful for. Feeling the abundance in my life by practicing gratitude, I am filled with love, happiness, joy and peace. As I laid on this blanket relishing in these feelings, I felt so thankful and began saying, as I continue down the path to be more awake than asleep, may my heart be my compass and lead me in my journey through life. As I continue to be grateful for each new day I am given, may I attract more abundance in my life. Looking around one last time, I got up and rolled up my blanket. Walking away from this meadow, I began to simply say, thank you. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Morning meditation 10 minutes opens into eternal time
Guided Spirit time this morning was visual holding many remembered early mornings that had that amazing light joy reverence delight aliveness freshness dazzling (what a wonderful word) breathing in and taking in gratitude is such a simple gift - priceless.
