Dreamy sleepy....💤
I put my headphones on to drown out any noise and sunk into my bed while the instructor guided me to a dreamy state. I don’t remember the end of this meditation session and I can’t tell you a thing about what he said, so I can honestly say it worked. I did wake up a number of times though-out the night, but was able to fall back asleep. It worked, I feel rested and I will try this one again. 🌞

Lots of Distractions
There's no way to get rid of the background music. He talks very loudly and then does these weird echo/delay effects with his voice that woke me up because they were terrifying. He rushes quickly through the body relaxation portion. Then, about mid-way through the meditation, the music goes quiet and there's suddenly the sound of birds, like, good morning! Sleep? No way, it's time for breakfast! This isn't the one for me.

This is my only go to to help me sleep!
I have loved this meditation session since the first time I listened to it. I’ve always had difficulty falling asleep, especially after having a total knee replacement a couple of months ago. This is the only session I can listen to to fall asleep. I’ve tried others, but I stay wide awake. With this one, I fall asleep every time, and can actually get some sleep. Thank you so much!!
