Great visualization session. I need to practice this more. I feel energized but the jump up and get shit done isn't there. I will continue to use this meditation as I can see it working for me the more I practice it. Thanks ๐Ÿ˜Š

Visualizing all the big stuff I have to tackle today and how it made me feel really helped me take actual action to get to that point of feeling.

Just do it!!!
I learned that the biggest issue I have that causes me to procrastinate is fear! I am always fearful of doing things. I even procrastinate going grocery shopping because I am so indecisive on what I want to eat and fear that I will get something my family wonโ€™t like and so I just donโ€™t go get groceries. I am battling with substance abuse currently and as ashamed as I am of thatโ€ฆ listening to this has motivated me to do what I have done before and STOP! I was sober for 5 years before relapsing and listening to this helped me to visualize what my life was like; WHAT I WAS LIKE clean and sober. Thank you so much!!!! This gave me strength and motivation to remember that I have a choice!

It worked!
This definitely made me feel more optimistic and well, I guess, excited in a way to get โ€œs*** done!โ€ Lol And the realization u have after getting whatever done. Aha! Just gotta take a quick breather, think about what you need to get done, then think about how youโ€™ll feel once itโ€™s actually done. Take another breath and start your task.
