I’m learning to make the bed a sanctuary of rest and tiredness and freedom…..freedom of the everyday junk that accumulate and want to get out at night
Cozy sleeping
I make my bed every day. I only use it for sleep. I love when everything is freshly washed. I have a ritual. It helps me sleep well.
