That is an amazing meditation
I learned that my granddaughters are still struggling to love and ground themselves. I look forward to seeing them this evening and doing a meditation session with both of them. They are incredible ladies that are on their way to amazing wonderful moments in their lives. Thank you for this meditation

New Day...New Possibilities
What will make today an amazing day? As I reflect on that question, it becomes quite clear what will make my day be an amazing day. Listening to Brandon Epstein’s motivation meditation which is on here for my afternoon session while on my way to work will help to boost my energy levels giving me a feeling that I will be able to take on the world. I am already feeling pumped up about what the day will bring. On another note, I felt the meditator’s voice was very monotone for this session. I was expecting it to be an energizing session to get you excited about the day. This would be a great beginner’s session. May your day be amazing! I know mine will be.

This is the day after my birthday 🥳 so I plan to take a walk with my husband and focus on gratitude for all the loving good wishes I received from family and friends yesterday 🙏

Awake and Aware
Sitting in an upright position, I brought awareness to my breath. In my body, I felt rather than thought. I sensed my breath in my belly. Centered in the ebb and flow of my breath, I was asked, what is one thing I can do to make today amazing. Centered on my breath, I sensed for the answer and realized I was already doing it. I can give myself the gift of presence today. Awake and aware, everything and everyone in my surroundings will be showcased. Awake and aware, all of my senses will guide me. Awake and aware, the higher faculties of my mind are activated. Awake and aware, I will be one with all there is. Sensing how amazing this day is going to be if I am awake and aware, I put my hand up to my heart. Feeling the warmth of this kind gesture, I gave myself thanks and solidified my intention with, I will. Thank you, Jordana! Today is going to be absolutely amazing! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
