One of the best relaxing, stress reducing meditations I've experienced.
I learned the power of breath work. I began the meditation with extreme tightness and pain in my neck and lower back. I feel it is 70% or so improved.

Meditation doesn’t always shut off the noise
I thought meditation was a cure all for anxiety, stress, and worry. Tonight I just couldn’t shut it off. It surprised me. Maybe after more practice.

It was so hard to concentrate…
I don’t know what I was supposed to get out of this meditation because I was so distracted with how tired I am. I need to try this one again tomorrow.
