I am getting more comfortable with the fact that I shouldn’t deny myself boundaries. I deserve them and will enact them more often.
I learned...
that I can separate my feelings out of why I allowed a boundary to be crossed and I can learn to make choices and take actions that are for my own good .
Getting back into it
I noticed that it is difficult to release all thoughts and my mind is a busy place to be. I noticed that as the practice went on, I connected with the tonal background music and felt more at peace, even sleepy. That is the closest to calm and aligned I’ve felt in a while. I want to connect deeper with that feeling.
