Breathe deeply and keep your lungs working well
When I was sick with the flu recently and also having asthma, my doctor reminded me that even when it’s uncomfortable while sick, I need to keep breathing deeply every few hours, to keep my lungs from becoming stagnant. I usually love breathing deeply, but it almost felt like I was on the verge of hurting when I tried while sick. But once I pushed past this weird feeling, my lungs started improving more quickly. What I wanted to do the least was really what I needed to do the most! I will use this track when I need to recenter on really breathing in the future!
