Dating myself
Step out of my comfort zone. Do what you’ve not done before, learn and grow.

Dating myself
I learned that I already have been doing some of that. I am learning that if I want to go do something go do it. I live in a 55+ community. They go on a lot of field trips. Some of the time I am the only one who is by themself. I learned that’s ok and I am always asked to join someone. It’s a great way to meet people. I have gone to plays, museums and downtown that way. I started doing things I have always wanted to do. F I can do it I know you can too.

Date myself
We often place a lot of focus, attention, and effort into our relationships with others, whether that be family, friends, coworkers, our partner, and getting ready for a date with someone else. I’m the spirit of therapy and self-care, and bettering ourselves, we should also place high effort into ourselves. One way to do this is to date ourselves, as we would with another. On this date with ourselves, we should have fun, stay in the moment, and be open to learn something new about ourselves.
