Supporting your immune system is an important part of your meditation practice. When we meditate, the by-product of the practice can be an increase in energy, feeling more engaged with life, and a stronger immune system. We can do some simple movements each day to invite wellness into the body. Whatever ever we do with the body affects the mind and whatever we do with the mind affects the body. Enjoy your practice and I hope it supports you into wellness each day. Explore these simple body practices to encourage a stronger immune system for you, especially when the season changes, during illness, or recovering from a virus. I like to do these practices each day to bring energy into the body, heart & mind.

The power of touch
When I became a mom, the single best piece of advice I got was that you cannot hold your baby too much. I spent countless hours using touch to comfort. As an adult, I am just now allowing touch to comfort me. For most of my life touch has hurt my soul & heart. As I heal, I am getting better at decide who can touch my body and how they can touch it. This means touch will eventually provide comfort for me.

Oh! This meditation practice made me feel so alive and joyful! By energy sweeping and gently manipulating my system I felt a sweet, gentle humming and vitality all throughout my body. It's a wonderful way to start the day and I feel so full of pizzazz! Thank You!

This was different than what I am used to so it caught me a bit off guard and I was a bit confused about the movements of the hands and arms but I did my best and look forward to trying this one again :) I do feel a bit more energized than before the meditation.

Pressing the thumbs against the indentations around the throat, sweeping the energy across my body and pummeling the sternum are good for feeling run down or to do in the morning to promote vitality.

I didn't realize that when I signed up to work with my local theater, I would be signing away my evenings. I am so tired that I had people asking me tonight if I was ok. I really need to work on caring for myself. I have a gala in a couple days and I don't want to be so tired that I miss it.

This is exactly what I need every morning! It was the first time I’ve done anything like this. Granted it’s a Saturday and I don’t have any place to rush off to today but on the weekdays I’m so rushed I think taking the couple of minutes to do this will truly help me get through the morning so much easier! We always have this toolbox for rejuvenation with us. We can always pause for a moment to focus on our breathing and incorporate energy work or reiki to help heal and bolster our psycho-physiological being.

I’m presently very tired and anxious about it. My thoughts are running fast, l’m worried about being ill and it takes a lot of my energy. So this serie is especially helpful for me. A big thank you to her creator! 🙏🏻🙂

I learned something new today and I wish I would’ve known of this meditation session when I was going through a series of colds and the flu. I do feel some extra energy now that I’ve completed this meditation. I really need to work on boosting my immune system and I think it’s a great idea to continue this meditation for a while.💙🙏

Good for a sluggish morning
Short and much more about movement than stillness. I was looking for a meditation to jumpstart my mind and body on a morning when I didn’t want to leave the warmth of my bed, and this worked just right.

The way we feel in our body can affect our mind and the way we feel in our mind can affect our body. In this different meditation, Lisa has us perform energy exercises to help our bodies and minds to be more aligned with one another. I began this meditation feeling a little run down because I haven’t been sleeping well. While performing Lisa’s simple exercises, I could feel new vibrations arising in my body. Now, my body feels energized and my mind more focused. I actually feel rejuvenated! Interesting meditation! Thank you, Lisa! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️😊

This is new to me, but it definitely is refreshing and reinvigorating! I like the idea of having your body share its own energy so that other parts of its system can work as they should be. It is weird if you do the “aahs” in public, though, 😂 but certainly worth trying! Thank you for sharing this practice. Namaste 🙏

Simple technique to boost your Energy level & immune system. I felt noticeably better afterwards. A swirling of yellow-green Energy was built up in my chest after doing the sweeps... felt like a very clean Love Energy! Great tool to go back to when you feel a little drained or maybe just not 100% or need a little extra Love!! Thank Lisa for this practice! Very useful!! 💚☮️🍀

This was certainly something different to try than the usual mindfulness meditations that I am used to doing. I’m not too sure I found the right place on my collar bones to try the first movement, but afterwards I enjoyed trying the following movements. I shall try this again to see if regular use of these help my energies to flow. Thank you for adding this to aura and that it was my daily moment 🙏🤗

I often forget how connected our mind, body and spirit are. These small, intentional movements remind me that we take for granted how much our body does to take care of us. Sometimes we need an energy boost. A restart. Or a jump start.. to pump the vitality back into our system. So that we can live to see another day.
