Supporting your immune system is an important part of your meditation practice. When we meditate, the by-product of the practice can be an increase in energy, feeling more engaged with life, and a stronger immune system. We can do some simple movements each day to invite wellness into the body. Whatever ever we do with the body affects the mind and whatever we do with the mind affects the body. The power of touch
When I became a mom, the single best piece of advice I got was that you cannot hold your baby too much. I spent countless hours using touch to comfort. As an adult, I am just now allowing touch to comfort me. For most of my life touch has hurt my soul & heart. As I heal, I am getting better at decide who can touch my body and how they can touch it. This means touch will eventually provide comfort for me.

This was different than what I am used to so it caught me a bit off guard and I was a bit confused about the movements of the hands and arms but I did my best and look forward to trying this one again :) I do feel a bit more energized than before the meditation.
