3 minutes flies by with this super simple meditation and never fails to center me, relax me and put me at ease. I have found that this meditation/mantra is easy to use any time during the day when you are feeling stressed or having a difficult time. It’s one that I return to frequently. 💫🙏♥️🙏💫

Even though this was a short mantra, I thought it would be great. It didn’t work. I feel like I’ve been rattled around and not at ease at all. I’ll try something different next time.
