I Am at Ease

Relaxing

That was actually super relaxing and almost fell asleep. I learned to chill out and take a breather during my day.

I noticed that

I have difficulty ignoring minor discomforts and little things, like a stiff back, can greatly impact my attention and experience.

I Am at Ease

3 minutes flies by with this super simple meditation and never fails to center me, relax me and put me at ease. I have found that this meditation/mantra is easy to use any time during the day when you are feeling stressed or having a difficult time. It’s one that I return to frequently. 💫🙏♥️🙏💫

Thanks Debb, your reflection brought me to this quick and simple meditation. It did what it was meant to do, it put me at ease. I will be using this mantra whenever I feel the need for ease, which is difficult to come by at present.

Helps to center during busy day

I found this really helpful when you’re having a busy or hectic day. Very centering.

Sense of Ease
