Holding...
A great session to reduce stress & eliminate worry! Interlocking youโ€™re fingers and holding over your heart space to capture the warmth coming off of your heart as you think of things to be grateful for. Simple but effective! As I thought of three like she suggests my hands became full of layers of warmth. It felt so good I thought of a few more things & people I am Grateful for and soon there was a mound of warm love surrounding my whole chest! As we came to the end I was smiling as I sent this love and healing out to the worried people of the world. A fantastic practice for anyone - but especially good for when you have any worry, fear or anxiousness. Can be done anywhere at anytime. Try it out! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผโค๏ธ๐Ÿ€

Thankfulness
Practicing gratitude is a great antidote to fear and worry. In this wonderful meditation, Lisa has us interlock our fingers, place them over our heart space and think of things to be grateful for. Before this meditation, I was feeling tightness in my stomach and shoulders. Interlocking my fingers and placing them on my heart space, I felt the warmth from my fingers on my skin. As I thought of things to be grateful for, I felt a lightness fill my body. As I thought of a few more things to be grateful for, my body and my heart space felt even lighter. Goodbye tightness, hello lightness! When we are fearful and worried, it is far too easy to get overwhelmed by our thoughts. However, if we take a few moments to interlock our fingers over our heart space and think of things to be grateful for, we invite thankfulness into our hearts. By inviting thankfulness in, we can counteract those fears and worries. Give it a try and find out! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

Focusing on Gratitude
If you are feeling anxious, stressed, or in need of a little pick me up I recommend this short effective meditation focusing on gratitude. When we shift our focus to what we are grateful for it will bring our mindset to a more positive state. Following Lisaโ€™s guidance of interlocking my fingers together placing them over my hearts center while focusing my breathing on that area, Lisa asks us to think of 3 things we are grateful for. I am grateful for my health, a few moments of quiet time sitting out in my backyard to enjoy my coffee, and for this new day. As I continued to breath into my hearts center focusing on gratitude, I feel love spreading throughout my whole body like a golden light. I am smiling. Thank you Cherish for your beautiful reflection yesterday on this session which lead me to it. I am grateful for your friendship.๐Ÿค— This was another beautiful session to start my day with. May everyone find at least one thing you are grateful for today. Letโ€™s make today be a great day filled with peace, love, and kindness towards everyone. โ˜ฎ๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿ€

Reason to live
I learned that I have so much to be grateful for. There are many reasons for me to keep on living. I have my entire future ahead of me. This is not the end. I survived my car accident because it wasn't time for me to leave yet and there are still experiences that I am meant to have.
