A great session to reduce stress & eliminate worry! Interlocking you’re fingers and holding over your heart space to capture the warmth coming off of your heart as you think of things to be grateful for. Simple but effective! As I thought of three like she suggests my hands became full of layers of warmth. It felt so good I thought of a few more things & people I am Grateful for and soon there was a mound of warm love surrounding my whole chest! As we came to the end I was smiling as I sent this love and healing out to the worried people of the world.
A fantastic practice for anyone - but especially good for when you have any worry, fear or anxiousness. Can be done anywhere at anytime. Try it out!
