Eye opening...
As I practiced this meditation, moving and focusing my attention to each of the joints in my body, I became very aware of how much tension I carry throughout my body. I have known that, to a certain degree, for some time but learned how much it has become my “normal” state of being. Many of my joints had a catch as I moved them or cracked and popped. With the mind and body being connected it was very important to me to increase my awareness of the continuing work I have to do.
