Mindfulness is kindness. Being kind to others makes everyone’s day better. Get rid of anger, it is not mindful.
Just For Today
Filled with great unknowns, there are so many things that can happen in a single day. However, how we choose to begin our day has a huge influence over how the rest of our day will go. In this inspirational meditation, we take our upcoming day into our own hands and decide how we will show up. Just for today, we can choose to be mindful. Mindfulness allows us to be present in the moment, to feel bodily sensations and best of all, to give others our presence. Just for today, we can choose to be aware of our breath. Allowing us to feel our inhale, exhale and the stillness that exists in between, we are reminded of the simplicity in life. Just for today, we can choose to be aware of our thoughts. Knowing what our thoughts are telling us and aware of who is really listening opens our eyes and ears to patterns that may not be serving us. Just for today, we can increase our knowledge, take what we learn and share it with others. Taking time to learn a new word or a new skill of some sort expands our mind. Just for today, we can choose to do a random act of kindness. Choosing to open doors, smile at strangers, the list literally goes on and on, spreads goodness out and into the world. Just for today, we can choose to be thankful for what we already have, for the people that enrich our lives, for serendipity opportunities as well as any adverse events. Having gratitude for the abundance we have invites more abundance into our lives whereas having gratitude for adverse events teaches us a lesson and thus, gives us opportunities for growth. Just for today, we can choose to be mind-full, wonder-full and kind-full. To know that life is our family, that the universe is loving and supporting us, allows us to enjoy the journey that today brings. Just for today, we can choose... Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

How you start your day is how the rest of your day will go; if you start your day off by being happy, motivated, and energetic that’s how the rest of your day will be but if you start your day off being unhappy, unmotivated,and low energy that’s how the rest of your day will be. Everyone can choose how they want their day to start
I didn't wake up in a good mood and this meditation helped me to settle down my anger and think in a positive way.thank you

What a great meditation! We forget or don’t think that the way we start our day can set the tone to our day. Love the analogy of hot cole add a way to think about how we hold on to anger. Random acts of kindness as well. Makes me grateful for today.

My first meditation; Mindful, Kindful.. i love that. I felt soothes by his voice. I added positive music to the background and it helped a lot! it’s Monday 4/17.
Oops i wrote everything in the title spot . 🙃 Just for Today** learned in rehab. My approach is one day/hour/minute/task at a time (which ever applies to situations. I like that. Mindful Timeful & Kindful! LOVE 💕
I learned that deep conscious breaths help release a little stress. Thanks thanks thanks I am very stressed it has impacted my life. My neck is in a big knot and I frequently have migraines. I hope Aura can help me.

If Now is all there is, Then today is a just a bunch of Nows to come. What I intend to do today (Now) has incredible potential to change the world …for the better or worse depending on what I choose So “Just for today… “ I will think, say & do all the Beneficial things he suggests, for I choose to make the world a better place, starting today… Now… what a great meditation!! 👍🏼❤️🍀
I was under a little bit of stress first thing this morning. But as I began Breathing and focusing on the breaths and then letting my mind wander and coming back to focusing again. It helped me feel more calm. ❤️🧘‍♀️
I’m scared of change right now. I’m resisting it, feeling a need to hold on to something
This fear is bodily. It’s panic and nerves and butterflies I don’t know where it came from, it surprises me.
