I struggle it’s anxiety and a slight fear of the future. This meditation helped me to stay grounded and be fully present. I cannot change my past or future, but I can be present.
While I’ve done mediation before I’ve never truly dedicated myself to it. The breath work is helpful as I have a tendency to hold my breath, inducing lightheaded feelings etc.
I found this meditation an excellent mix of focus and repetition to take me out of a particularly intense anxious period and settle some physiological manifestations of sustained stress. Thank you.

I came out of my anxiety with this meditation. Her voice is so clear and soothing, made an impact on my mind.
this was my first time truly trying meditation and it was wonderful. i loved the ending “no amount of guilt can change the past, and no amount of anxiety can change the future” these words are so powerful.
Ground myself with the sitting and roots driving and spreading into the ground through brick and concrete really helped. Staying present in the moment fixes my anxiety. Self affirmation calms me.

Moving Toward Peace
“I am strong and peaceful” is a good, empowering mantra for me.
I feel that I’ve begun to understand what I feel as I’m feeling it. I feel heard, by my self and I feel relieved that I was heard.
