A moment of serenity among chaos
Feeling safe is critical as my world plunges into unexpected disorder with Hurricane Irma evacuations. Now it is critical more then ever to feel safe and peaceful as I wait for the storm to pass.

This Meditation made me feel at ease. I could release and relax my body and mind. I just let go I felt so safe so at ease Very stress-free and no anxiety. I was in my lane in my zone same as I found another happy place. Where I can go to and let my mind go.

Breathing technique
When breathing, taking attention to the inhales of your breathing feel cool and the exhales, warmer Thoughts are often what keep us from being safe even though our minds are trying to protect us with images, thoughts, emotions, etc. bc they become excessive and block ability to be in the moment.
