Love
I learned that throughout life, you need to focus on the things that you love, not what is happening that's wrong or bad. This will allow you to be happy and with a full heart, even when you were, a moment before, struggling through stress or anxiety. Overall, I truly loved this meditation, as it let me free my thoughts from my problems, and focus on the things and people I love, as if the love for them spread through my whole body, enveloping me in love. This is really what made my anxiety and stress go away, the fact that I felt truly and totally loved and I knew there was things I loved out there, things that I can focus on instead of stressful things.
