I learned that throughout life, you need to focus on the things that you love, not what is happening that's wrong or bad. This will allow you to be happy and with a full heart, even when you were, a moment before, struggling through stress or anxiety. Overall, I truly loved this meditation, as it let me free my thoughts from my problems, and focus on the things and people I love, as if the love for them spread through my whole body, enveloping me in love. This is really what made my anxiety and stress go away, the fact that I felt truly and totally loved and I knew there was things I loved out there, things that I can focus on instead of stressful things.

I’ve learned that the loved ones that I taken for granted, and all of the places, things, and memories associated with that can truly stay with me, once I’m away from them. I need to put my phone down, not take photos on as hike; keep the memories fresh in my brain, use my natural camera roll. When there are moments when I am away from the things that I hold near and dear to my heart, closing my eyes and engulfing myself into the past emotionally, can be a guilty pleasure. It was truly relaxing.

Beating...
I feel my heart beat... a warm flicker of love starts to tingle in my chest and instantly I am transported to the sandy Oceanside. My body is warmed by the sunny sand & as I lay on it... I feel it fueling the Love flames now coursing thru my body... spreading out under my skin. My body starts expanding as it fills with hot pulsating love being pumped thru my veins by my pounding heart... lengthening & widening I start to float & I am now spreading out over the beach and the waves... then I flatten out into a thin sheet as I expand quickly to cover the entire ocean in a transparent blanket of love ... the trade winds help me to spread even further as I trap the oceans thermals under me and then I feel the heartbeat of mother earth herself... pumping more of her love into my expanding network until I completely cover her... during a pause between beats which seems to last like an eternal second... I finally fall into her arms, deliriously happy and exhausted beyond belief... until... I feel my heart beat... 💚💗🍀

Waves of glory
I think that the most important kind of mindfulness is when we become very aware that we are surrounded by love, basking in its glory, bathing in its warmth. We often forget this and see the opposite. But when we let ourselves feel it, see it, we can experience a whole new level of renewal, hope and most importantly, love. I’m stressed but i was smiling the whole time i did this practice, and the simple reason behind it were just...cats. Lol I can’t imagine how my heart would be if I did this more seriously

This meditation brought such joy to mind as I focused for a few minutes on someone or something that I truly love and find peace and joy in and with. For a little while, I got to think about our fun interactions and I had a smile on my face the whole time. I also felt my hands tingling or itching a bit to participate in some of our activities. Such a joyful meditation!
