Destructive thoughts
I am always feeling so stressed out that it’s hard to imagine thoughts which are just simple or non-destructive. Everything I do, try or think seems to cause great stress to me.
I’m struggling to prepare for a meeting this morning for the middle of the day, and as usual NOTHING seems to be going right for me! I’ve gotten distracted many times over, and my old laptop doesn’t want to cooperate when attempting to design a flyer.
Everything is SO disheartening. Simple tasks are challenges to me anymore. I HATE IT! I USED to be so good at managing these simple stresses! Now? I can barely cope!
