Wow!
I have never fallen asleep quicker in my entire life. I was instantly relaxed and soothed and woke up at 6 the next morning to nature sounds playing from this session still running in the background!

Sunday Night 5/22
I feel asleep but, I awoke as I usually do. I was able to replay and go back to sleep until my alarm went off. That for me is a win because it stopped my mind from running which allowed to get a full night of sleep.
