Distracted by the voice
It sounded like Danny Dyer was performing guided meditation/hypnotherapy. I know it can’t be helped but personally I felt distracted by the man’s tone of voice. Others might find it soothing, however, I found it a little too aggressive.

The narrators voice and the way the sound is engineered really helps put me into a trance. These hypnotherapy sessions are very effective for me I can already see changes in my behavior

Hearing Glenn’s voice puts your body and mind into a total and deep relaxation. His waves of relaxation method hits your body like waves of an ocean hitting the shore. I actually fell asleep towards the end of this meditation and awoke an hour later so I could reflect on my experience. This was the first time I had tried wearing headphones while listening. I highly recommend wearing them as well so that you can get the full experience of Glenn’s methods. His relaxation methods are wonderful and I will listen again very soon. Have a deep sleep! 😴

Initially I felt as if I were drifting to a calm place whilst still awake. His voice was soothing. Kept drifting into a deeper state but kept snapping out of it and thought I'd be awake still at the end of the 24min. Needless to say, I don't remember falling asleep! amazing! I also had some very vivid dreams. Using this from now on.

Good morning! this is absolutely my favorite audio to go to sleep. I never hear it till the end. I fall asleep and stay asleep. highly recommend! such peaceful sleep.

First time that I fell asleep with my earphones in and woke up to the music still playing! I normally wake up every few hours but I slept straight through to my alarm..

It seemed that the techniques worked, at least somewhat. I’ll continue to test this track for an extended period of time to see if it has actual benefits or not.

It was something different to try than what I normally do to ease into sleep and I am not sure it’s for me, though I think it needs to be tried more than once perhaps for the hypnotherapy aspects to work perhaps? I don’t feel I got off to sleep any easier, though I didn’t get up in the night like I often do. This may or may not be due to listening to this, so definitely worth a try again before I make up my mind if this is one for me on a regular basis or not yet.

Well let’s say hands down this is my go- to when I absolutely have to fall asleep ( I work nights).
By following the guidance with that calming voice, I am usually asleep ASAP. Thank you Glenn!
