I find this is a good tool for relaxation at any time of day. It helps me relax to prepare for sleep. I find when I need a power nap to reduce pain in the afternoon it also helps to reduce pain from autoimmune reactions.

Nice but it didn’t work for me. I couldn’t relax fully and I didn’t fall asleep.
I fell asleep before it ended and thanks to background nature sounds was peaceful for hours.
